Common use of Planholders Clause in Contracts

Planholders. The Sponsor shall notify each Planholder in writing that, unless he surrenders his Plan within 30 days of the date of mailing of such notice, he will be deemed to have authorized the substitution and agreed to bear his pro-rata share of actual related expenses, if any.
