PLANNED OUTAGE REPORT. Prior to November 1 of each year, the Operations Manager shall prepare and submit to the Executive Committee for approval a report detailing all planned outages of the Redbud Generating Facility (“Planned Outage Report”) forecasted on a minimum five-calendar-year basis. The Planned Outage Report shall include a schedule of such planned outages and the nature and duration thereof.
