On April 21, 2011, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this Agreement, duly noticed and conducted under the Development Agreement Statute and Chapter 56. Following the public hearing, the Commission made the CEQA Findings and adopted the Mitigation Measures, and determined that the Project and this Agreement are, as a whole and taken in their entirety, consistent with the objectives, policies, general land uses and programs specified in the General Plan and the Planning Principles set forth in Section 101.1 of the Planning Code (together, the “General Plan Consistency Findings”).
