Common use of Planning Director shall issue a Certificate of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Planning Director shall issue a Certificate of Compliance. If Planning Director finds Xxxxxxxxx is not in compliance, then the Planning Director shall proceed in the manner provided in Section 56.17(c) of the Administrative Code as that Section is in effect as of the Effective Date, attached hereto as Exhibit F, subject further to the procedures set forth in Section 7 hereof. The City’s failure to timely complete the annual review is not deemed to be a waiver of the right to do so at a later date.
