Planning District. Upon annexation, the “Subject Property” will be subject to the standards and requirements of the Tualatin Development Code. The non-conforming uses and improvements on the property that are listed above will be subject to the terms of this agreement. This agreement supersedes the applicable Non- conforming Use, Structures and Signs provisions in TDC 35.020, 35.030 and TDC 35.200.
Planning District. White Pine County, Nevada and the incorporated City of ▇▇▇, Nevada are hereby declared to be part of a Regional Planning District, the boundaries of which district shall be the boundaries of White Pine County, Nevada, including the incorporated City of ▇▇▇, Nevada.
