7.4.1 give full particulars to the Lender of any notice, order, direction, designation, resolution or proposal given or made by any planning authority or other public body or authority (“Planning Notice”) that specifically applies to any Property, or to the locality in which it is situated, within seven days after becoming aware of the relevant Planning Notice; and
7.4.2 (if the Lender so requires) immediately, and at the Cost of the Company, take all reasonable and necessary steps to comply with any Planning Notice, and make, or join with the Lender in making, any objections or representations in respect of that Planning Notice that the Lender may desire.

Planning Information. Upon request, USMEPCOM will provide retirement planning guides to bargaining unit employees who are within five (5) years of retirement eligibility. On a semi-annual basis, USMEPCOM will provide all employees with a link to the Army Benefits Center-Civilian website for information on retirement planning and processing. USMEPCOM will also place a link to the website on the Command’s intranet.
Planning Information. Dominion Virginia Power shall provide information reasonably requested by PJM to prepare the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan with respect to the PJM South Region and shall otherwise cooperate with PJM in the preparation thereof.

Planning Information. Upon Seller's request, and to the extent feasible, Customer will provide to Seller non-binding forecasts of Customer's annual Product, Licensed Materials, and Services needs. Such forecasts will be provided on a schedule to be agreed upon. In addition, where preliminary order information is required, Customer shall provide such information to Seller within an agreed upon time prior to the date the order is to be placed. There shall be no penalty or liability for failure by the Customer to order Products, Licensed Materials, and Services which are included in the Customer's forecasts.

Planning Information. Transporter may request planning -------------------- information as needed from time to time and Shipper shall comply with all reasonable requests.
Planning Information. Customer will provide to Seller non-binding, rolling, four-quarter forecasts of Customer's expected annual PCS CDMA minicell needs. Customer's forecast for the period January 1, 1997 to December 31, 1997 is attached hereto as Attachment 1.6. Customer shall deliver to Seller an updated version of such annual forecast on or before the beginning of each calendar quarter during the term of this Agreement beginning on January 1, 1997. Customer will endeavor to make such forecast and each * CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED 10 quarterly update thereto accurate to within +/- 25% of Customer's actual Orders (and +/- 15% with respect to the soonest quarter of the most recent forecast). Seller shall have no obligation to deliver within the Standard Lead Times any PCS CDMA minicells ordered by Customer which exceed 125% (or, with respect to Orders with requested delivery dates within 3 months of such Order, which exceed 115%) of Customer's forecasted amounts; provided, however, that, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver such excess quantities by the Delivery Dates requested by Customer and, in any event, as soon as reasonably possible.
Planning Information. The district office needs the following information for planning purposes:
1) Who is going to fly the aircraft (crew names, if known)?
2) Where the aircraft is presently located?
3) Aircraft destination and en route stops, if any.
4) Nature of mission (cargo, passenger, or both).
5) Where and when the aircraft can be seen before departure?
