Routes. All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Routes. With respect to the Pledged Route Authorities relating to the Scheduled Services, each applicable Grantor holds or co-holds the requisite authority to operate over such Grantor’s Pledged Route Authorities pursuant to Title 49 and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, subject only to the regulations of the DOT, the FAA and the applicable Foreign Aviation Authorities and applicable treaties and bilateral and multilateral air transportation agreements, and there exists no material violation by such Grantor of any certificate or order issued by the DOT authorizing such Grantor to operate over such Pledged Route Authorities, the rules and regulations of any applicable Foreign Aviation Authority with respect to such Pledged Route Authorities or the provisions of Title 49 and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder applicable to such Pledged Route Authorities that gives the FAA, DOT or any applicable Foreign Aviation Authority the right to modify in any material respect, terminate, cancel or withdraw the rights of such Grantor in any such Pledged Route Authorities.
Routes. 3.1.1 To the extent that reinstatement of the pre-COVID 19 network meets the Priorities and can be provided within the funding available, the Operator shall, by agreement with the Lead Authority, progressively re-instate the network of services that the Operator provided prior to the impact of COVID 19.
3.1.2 The Lead Authority shall work with the Operator and the Constituent Local Authorities to determine what changes may be required to the network of services provided by the Operator in response to changing passenger demand and patterns of travel and shall authorise such changes, including the use of alternative delivery modes, in line with the Reference Network. Such changes may include adjustments to the Operator’s timetables and routes, where these are necessary to integrate the Operator’s services, other bus services and modes of transport to provide passengers with improved journey times and a better experience of public transport.
3.1.3 During the term of this Agreement, and reflecting the material funding being provided by Welsh Government to support continued provision of Local Services by the Operator, the Operator shall seek permission from the Lead Authority prior to registering any new service. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld where the Operator demonstrates compatibility of such service with the Reference Network or justifies the change to the Reference Network based on passenger need and positive impact on value for money for the Lead Authority.
Routes. Airlines of each Party designated under this Annex shall, in accordance with the terms of their designation, be entitled to perform scheduled international air transportation between points on the following routes:

Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date of implementation.
Routes a. All routes will be posted prior to the beginning of the school year.
b. At a time designated by the Transportation Department returning drivers/bus assistants or their proxies will select from the posted routes based on seniority subject to the provision of Section M below.
c. Any remaining routes will be posted as set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 above.
Routes. 1. The bus routes and times shall be established by October 1 and verified by the Transportation Supervisor.
2. The Transportation Supervisor may if necessary reassign the bus(es)/ vehicle(s) that are assigned to drivers. This should only take place at the beginning of the school year if at all possible, to avoid confusion.
Routes. 1. Drivers shall not under any circumstances change stops on the route without approval from the Transportation Supervisor.
2. Drivers have the right to make recommendations on routes and stops to the Transportation Supervisor.
