Common use of PLANNING PERMISSION ETC Clause in Contracts

PLANNING PERMISSION ETC. No warranty is given or implied by the Lease or by the Landlord or otherwise that the use to which the Tenant proposes to put the Premises or any alterations or additions the Tenant may desire to carry out will not require planning permission under the Planning Acts and the Tenant will indemnify and keep indemnified the Landlord against all costs, claims, actions, proceedings, compensation, demands or charges which may arise directly or indirectly under Planning Acts in respect of the Premises.
