Plannuh’s Responsibility. Plannuh will require all sub-processors to enter into a written agreement with Plannuh to protect Personal Data with data protection obligations at least equal to those in this DPA. Plannuh shall remain liable to Company for any breach by the sub-processor of its agreement with Plannuh; Company’s authorization of the sub-processor does not remove this responsibility.
