The Plans are satisfactory to Borrower, and to the extent required by any Governmental Requirement or any effective restrictive covenant, have been approved by all applicable Governmental Authorities and the beneficiaries of any such covenant respectively; the Plans so approved have been approved by Borrower and Contractor as set forth in the Certification of Plans and Specifications delivered to Bank by Borrower.
