Common use of Plans, Specifications, Warranties and Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Plans, Specifications, Warranties and Guaranties. To the extent in the possession of the Transferor Partnership, original copies (or photocopies if original copies are unavailable to the Transferor Partnership) of all current site plans, surveys, soil and substrata studies, architectural drawings, plans and specifications, engineering plans and studies, floor plans, landscape plans and other plans or studies of any kind that relate to all or any part of the Property. The Transferor Partnership shall also deliver, to the extent in the possession of the Transferor Partnership: original copies of all certificates, licenses, permits, authorizations and approvals issued for or with respect to the Property by governmental and quasi-governmental authorities having jurisdiction, except that photocopies may be substituted if the originals are posted at the Property.

The Transferor Partnership Corporation shall also deliver, to the extent in the possession of the Transferor PartnershipCorporation: original copies of all certificates, licenses, permits, authorizations and approvals issued for or with respect to the Property by governmental and quasi-governmental authorities having jurisdiction, except that photocopies may be substituted if the originals are posted at the Property.
