Plant Variety Rights. 9.1 Where the Goods are subject to protection under the Plant Variety Rights Xxx 0000, the Buyer will comply with the provisions of that Act. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller for any damage, harm, injury, loss (including, without limitation, consequential loss), expense, cost or any other thing arising directly or indirectly from the Buyer’s failure to comply with this clause 9.1.
