Common use of Plants and Animals Clause in Contracts

Plants and Animals. There shall be no purposeful introduction of domestic livestock or non-native plants or animals. Non-native, non-invasive cover crops may be planted temporarily to control erosion and assist in the establishment and restoration of permanent native habitats. There shall be no feedlots permitted on the Property. No plants or animals shall be removed from the Property except as permitted by the Owner, or the Holder, this Covenant, and State law.
