Plat; Survey. Borrower shall have delivered to Administrative Agent a copy of the recorded plat or ALTA survey (meeting the reasonable requirements of Administrative Agent) of each Qualified Property included in Eligible Collateral, certified to and in a manner reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent.
