Common use of Platform License Clause in Contracts

Platform License. A non-exclusive, non-transferable, restricted license (“a Platform License”), for the term specified in Section 2.3, to access the Platform and use the functionality available on the Platform.

Platform License. A non-exclusive, non-transferable, restricted license (“a Platform License”), License for the term specified in Section 2.32, to access the Platform and use the functionality available on within the Platformmodules of the Platform expressly included in the relevant Services Order (subject to any restrictions specified in the relevant Services Order) solely in support of the Project, within the scope specified in the relevant Services Order, and in accordance with and subject to any specifications set forth in the Materials.
