Platform Manager Fee Sample Clauses
The Platform Manager Fee clause defines the compensation that the platform manager receives for their services in managing or operating a platform. Typically, this fee is calculated as a percentage of revenues generated through the platform or as a fixed periodic payment, and it may cover activities such as administration, oversight, and technical support. By clearly outlining the fee structure and payment terms, this clause ensures transparency and helps prevent disputes over compensation between the platform manager and other parties.
