Player Movement. (a) Any player listed with a VFL side, whether they be of primary or development status, will be regarded as a VFL-listed player for the purpose of this policy. (b) VFL Listed Players that are not selected to play in any given home and away round with their VFL club will be available for selection by their aligned QAFL /QFA club in either the Senior or Reserve grade side. (i) VFL Listed Players are not permitted to play QAFL Colts. (c) VFL Listed Players will be assessed under the AFLQ Player Points Policy in advance of being selected to play in a QAFL/QFA Senior club game. They will be fully assessed based on their relevant playing history however, will receive a discount of 50% to a minimum of 2 points. (d) Any VFL Listed Player who qualifies as a Category 1 ‘Home Club Player’ at their aligned QAFL or QFA club will be given a Player Points rating of 1 point as per the Player Points System Policy. (e) All VFL Listed Players will have a Season Permit request approved between the VFL club and their aligned QAFL/QFA club for the duration of the QAFL/QFA seasons.

The agreement must be completed in full, including the date and the full names of players concerned, and be forwarded to the Commissioner within forty-eight (48) hours after the trade. See WCSLA Appendix “A” – Player Trade Agreement. 2. Players who have signed a registration card for the current season with a member team and later wish to move in a lateral direction within the WCSLA, must be in possession of a signed release from the last Manager to be submitted to the Commissioner for approval before being allowed to play with the new team. 3. Once a player is released by a team he becomes a free agent and is considered the property of the league. The team that released the player needs to inform the commissioner and the rest of the league with player contact information may not protect him after submitting their updated Protected List showing that the player has been released. Failure to notify the commissioner or rest of the league will result in a fifty (50) dollar fine. 4. The final signing date for players is July 1st at 11:59 pm. Player Movement. (a) The Free Agency Rules, as varied in accordance with this clause, shall apply. (b) On or before 31 October 2017, AFL shall elect to expand the eligibility criteria for free agency, and vary the Free Agency Rules, by adopting one of the following: (i) a Player who at any time becomes a Free Agent will be a Free Agent at the end of each subsequent Standard Playing Contract; or (ii) the periods of time set out in AFL Rules 17.1(a)(ii) and 17.2(b) will be amended to reflect a Player’s period of service as an AFL Player, rather than his period of service at the Player’s current Club; or (iii) a Player who: (A) is party to a Standard Playing Contract with a Club that expires on or prior to 31 October in a particular year (relevant year); and (B) has been on a Club’s Primary and/or Rookie List for four or more consecutive AFL seasons; and (C) has not received from his current Club a guaranteed offer above the median salary, will be a Free Agent; (iv) such other expansion of the Free Agent eligibility criteria as agreed by the AFLPA. (c) The Free Agency Rules will be amended to reflect the election made pursuant to clause 44(b). If no election is made, AFL shall be deemed to have elected the change set out in clause 44(b)(i) and shall take such steps as reasonably required to ensure that the Free Agency Rules are varied to give effect to that change. (d) The amendment to the Free Agency Rules will take effect from: (i) If AFL elects either of the options set out in clauses 44(b)(i) or 44(b)(ii), the commencement of the 2018 Free Agency Period; (ii) If AFL elects the option set out in clause 44(b)(iii), the commencement of the 2019 Free Agency Period; (iii) If AFL elects the option set out in clause 44(b)(iv), a time agreed by AFLPA.
Player Movement. 5.1 Decisions on weekly player movements should be made as early as possible to avoid late notice changes. The CCAFC agrees to promote the principle of playing in the higher grade to players of the required standard and the QTAFC agrees to direct players not selected, to make themselves available for selection either by their existing Division 3 & 4 affiliate club Harman AFC or by CCAFC’s Selection Committee if positions are available. 5.2 Players who are recommended by CCAFC’s Selection Committee or Coaches to be considered by QTAFC and reverse for selection are to be informed by CCAFC of the affiliation and given such opportunity to consent to such selection. Players in Junior Divisions considered during season for selection from CCAFC to QTAFC will have to have consideration for such selection endorsed by ACTJAFL and subject to appropriate by-laws. 5.3 Players transferring from CCAFC to QTAFC will attract a transfer fee as agreed appropriate by negotiation between two committees commensurate with the CCAFC’s commitment to the said players Australian Football development and club association. Such negotiations are to take place in good faith in with support and communication with such player. 5.4 Where players are transferring from QTAFC to CCAFL a similar transfer fee as per above will be negotiated in good faith. Transfer fee arrangements can be waived under agreement by both parties.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes. 11.2 We may (i) compile statistical and other information related to the performance, operation and use of the Services, and (ii) use data from the Services in aggregated form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses, and for research and development purposes (clauses i and ii are collectively referred to as “Service Analyses”). We may make Service Analyses publicly available; however, Service Analyses will not incorporate Your Content, Personal Data or Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify You or any individual. We retain all intellectual property rights in Service Analyses. 11.3 We may provide You with the ability to obtain certain Oracle Software (as defined below) for use with the Services. If we provide Oracle Software to You and do not specify separate terms for such software, then such Oracle Software is provided as part of the Services and You have the non-exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use such Oracle Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order (except for separately licensed elements of the Oracle Software, which separately licensed elements are governed by the applicable separate terms), solely to facilitate Your use of the Services. You may allow Your Users to use the Oracle Software for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with the license terms. Your right to use any Oracle Software will terminate upon the earlier of our notice (by web posting or otherwise) or the end of the Services associated with the Oracle Software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Oracle Software is licensed to You under separate terms, then Your use of such software is governed by the separate terms. Your right to use any part of the Oracle Software that is licensed under the separate terms is not restricted in any way by this Agreement.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.
