Player participation. 3.1 Your conduct as a volunteer SUFC rugby player has the potential to affect SUFC’s reputation and the sport of rugby union. SUFC expects that you will take advantage of these opportunities for your own benefit, and so that you are able to perform to the best of your ability for SUFC. In this respect, you are encouraged by the SUFC to: (a) play rugby for SUFC in the teams and at the dates, times and venues nominated by SUFC; (b) participate fully in all Rugby Activities required of you by SUFC to the best of your ability and in accordance with the laws of the game and all other applicable rules, regulations and directives including but not limited to those determined by SUFC, the IRB, ARU or SRU; (c) comply with all reasonable requirements of SUFC relating to preparation for matches, player reviews, attendance at social functions, presentations, or other events including player education seminars nominated by SUFC, and behaviour and dress at such events; (d) do everything reasonably necessary to obtain and maintain the best possible physical condition; (e) complete ASDA on-line e-learning modules as directed by SUFC from time to time; (f) not engage in any dangerous or hazardous activity which in the reasonable opinion of SUF...

Player participation. In all-star tournament play, minimum playing time regulations will be followed, as set by Little League International. No guarantees are made to anyone as to a specific amount of playing time. The manager and coaches of the team will make that determination. Your position on the field and in the batting order will be based upon effort, ability, a positive attitude and specific needs in a given game situation. Players with injuries are expected to attend practice and participate to the maximum extent possible until cleared for full participation. A medical excuse and release is required. DISMISSAL – The Board of Directors of Wylie Little League reserve the right to dismiss any player for a violation of the above referenced rules regarding attendance and participation. A player dismissed for any reason deemed justifiable by the Board of Directors can be replaced by an alternate player. An injury that will prevent a player from participating in tournament play will not exclude that player from being honored as an All-star, but can result in the player being replaced on the tournament team. The Board also reserves the right to limit participation or dismiss any player, parent or manager for actions that the Board deems inappropriate or unbecoming an All-star player, parent, manager or coach. PARENTAL COMMITMENT – Each parent is made a party of this commitment agreement along with the players, manager and coaches as well as the Board of Directors for the purpose of enlisting the common support of everyone involved in All-star Tournament play.
