Common use of Pledge Absolute Clause in Contracts

Pledge Absolute. The Pledgor hereby agrees that this Agreement ---------------- shall be binding upon the Pledgor and that the Pledge hereunder shall be irrevocable and unconditional, irrespective of the validity, legality or enforceability of the Loan Agreement, the Note, any other Loan Document or any of the Obligations, the absence of any action to enforce the same, the waiver or consent by the Lender with respect to any provision thereof, the recovery of any judgment against the Pledgor, or any action to enforce the same or any other similar circumstances.
