Common use of Pledge and Scope of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Pledge and Scope of Guarantee. 1.1 The Pledgor agrees that it shall pledge 9.00% of the equity interests owned by it in Fangdd to the Pledgee in accordance with this Agreement as a guarantee for the Pledgor and Fangdd to perform all their obligations under the Master Agreement.
