Common use of Pledge and Security Agreement Clause in Contracts

Pledge and Security Agreement. This Agreement has been executed and delivered by the Grantor for the purpose of recording the grant of security interest herein with the United States Copyright Office. The security interest granted pursuant to this Agreement is granted concurrently in conjunction with the security interest granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Pledge and Security Agreement and is expressly subject to the terms and conditions thereof, and each Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of the Collateral Agent with respect to the security interest in the Copyright Collateral made and granted hereby is more fully set forth in the Pledge and Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.
