PLEDGE OF ASSETS. MortgageOther than for Permitted Liens, mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof.

PLEDGE OF ASSETS. Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except (a) liens for taxes being contested in good faith and not to exceed at any time $500,000 in the aggregate, and (b) any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which that is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof.

PLEDGE OF ASSETS. Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's ’s assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof, and liens to the extend permitted under Section 5.4. hereunder.”

Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, in or lien upon, upon all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, of and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, to the date hereof.

Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank, the Bank and the Trustees, Permitted Liens, or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof.

Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except (a) any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof, and (b) purchase money liens to the extent they secure purchase money debt permitted under Section 5.2. hereof.

Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's ’s assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof, other than security interests or liens granted for purposes of securing purchase money indebtedness otherwise permitted under the terms of this Agreement.

PLEDGE OF ASSETS. Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's the assets of Borrower or any Subsidiary, now owned or hereafter acquired, except except: (a) any of the foregoing in favor of Bank Bank; or which is (b) any of the foregoing existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof.

Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank Lender or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank Lender in writing prior to, the date hereof.

Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof, and except for security interests in or liens on equipment, fixtures or real property not encumbered by Bank in favor of lenders providing term financing as permitted in Section 5.3 (b) above.

Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except in the ordinary course of Borrower's business, and except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof.

Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's ’s assets now owned or hereafter acquiredpledged to Bank under this Agreement, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof.

MortgageOther than for Permitted Liens, mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except any of the foregoing in favor of Bank Agent and Lenders pursuant to the Loan Documents or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank Agent and Lenders in writing prior to, the date hereof.

PLEDGE OF ASSETS. Mortgage, pledge, grant or permit to exist a security interest in, or lien upon, all or any portion of Borrower's assets now owned or hereafter acquired, except ( a) any of the foregoing in favor of Bank or which is existing as of, and disclosed to Bank in writing prior to, the date hereof, and (b) purchase money security interests securing purchase money indebtedness, which shall not exceed an aggregate of $100,000.00.
