Common use of Pledge of Debenture Clause in Contracts

Pledge of Debenture. 5.2 This debenture may be pledged by the Debtor as security for its indebtedness and liabilities. While this debenture is so pledged, no payment by the Debtor of the whole or any part of any indebtedness secured by this debenture shall reduce the amount owing under this debenture unless specifically appropriated to and noted on this debenture by the Agent at the time of payment.
