Common use of Pledge of Lease Revenues Clause in Contracts

Pledge of Lease Revenues. To secure the payment by the Lessor of each and every one of the Lessor's obligations under the Bonds, the Lessor has pledged the Lease Payments and Additional Rentals, if any, subject to annual appropriation by the Lessee, together with its right, title and interest in all real and personal property constituting the Facilities to the Trustee, and the Lessor shall be obligated thereunder.
