Common use of Pledge of Pledged Interests; Other Collateral Clause in Contracts

Pledge of Pledged Interests; Other Collateral. (a) As collateral security for the payment and performance by each Pledgor of its now or hereafter existing Secured Obligations, each Pledgor hereby grants, pledges and collaterally assigns to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties a first priority security interest in all of the following items of property in which it now has or may at any time hereafter acquire an interest or the power to transfer rights therein, and wheresoever located:

(a) As collateral security for the payment and performance by each Pledgor of its now or hereafter existing Secured Obligations, each Pledgor hereby grants, pledges and collaterally assigns to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Revolving Secured Parties a first priority security interest in all of the following items of property in which it now has or may at any time hereafter acquire an interest or the power to transfer rights therein, and wheresoever located:
