Common use of Pledge Right and Scope of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Pledge Right and Scope of Guaranty. 2.1 The Pledgors agree to pledge all the Pledged Equity Interests to the Pledgee as the guaranty for their and/or Beijing Company’s performance of all the obligations under the Master Agreement and all the liabilities of indemnification to the Pledgee which may arise due to the invalidity or cancellation of the Master Agreement. Beijing Company agrees with such equity pledge arrangement.
