Pledge Right and Scope of Guaranty. 2.1 The Pledgor agrees to pledge all the Pledged Equity Interests to the Pledgee as the guaranty for his and/or Thai Company’s performance of all the obligations under the Master Agreement and all the liabilities of indemnification to the Pledgee which may arise due to the invalidity or cancellation of the Master Agreement. Thai Company agrees with such equity pledge arrangement.
