Pledge under Foreign Law. To the extent that the pledge of the item of Collateral is governed by the laws of a jurisdiction other than a state of the United States, Debtor shall, in lieu of compliance with the other provisions of this Section 3, enter into such agreements and documents as are reasonably necessary to accomplish the pledge of such Collateral to Lender.
