Pledged Collateral Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received the most recent Pledged Collateral Certificate required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent in accordance with §6.4(e) and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, a Pledged Collateral Certificate dated within three (3) days of the issuance, extension or renewal of such Letter of Credit.
