Common use of Pledged Rights Clause in Contracts

Pledged Rights. Notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, any party hereto shall have the right to pledge, mortgage or grant a security interest in its rights hereunder to secure the indebtedness of such party and the consent of the other party shall not be required in connection with the foreclosure of any liens, security interests created by any such pledge, mortgage or security agreement.
