Pledged Status. 19.4.1 Bullion, which is the subject of the eVW and which has a pledged status, shall no longer be available: a. for trade within its Product upon MetalDesk; b. for withdrawal from the BC Vault Network; c. to be pledged to any other person; or d. to be cancelled; until such time as said eVW is released by BC and the “pledged” status removed.
