Common use of Pledged Stock; Stock Powers; Pledged Notes Clause in Contracts

Pledged Stock; Stock Powers; Pledged Notes. The Administrative Agent shall have received the certificates representing the shares pledged pursuant to each of the Pledge Agreements, together with an undated stock power for each such certificate executed in blank by a duly authorized officer of the pledgor thereof, and, if issued, the Subordinated Notes and any other promissory note pledged pursuant to any Pledge Agreement, endorsed in blank by a duly authorized officer of the pledgor thereof.
