Pledgee to Perform Sample Clauses

Pledgee to Perform. If Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, Pledgee may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Pledgee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Pledgor in accordance with Section 17 hereof.
