Pledges of PSL Revenues. The Seller hereby acknowledges and consents to any pledge, assignment and grant of a security interest by the Purchaser to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Credit Agreement for the benefit of the Lenders (and any other creditors or assignees of Purchaser) of any or all right, title and interest of the Purchaser in, to and under the PSL Revenues or the assignment of any or all of the Purchaser’s rights and obligations hereunder to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
