Pledges to Federal Reserve Banks; Other Pledges of Notes. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any Lender may at any time assign all or a portion of its rights under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to a Federal Reserve Bank or any central bank having jurisdiction over such Lender. No such assignment shall relieve the assigning Lender from its obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
