Pledgor Obligations Not Affected. The obligations of the Pledgor hereunder shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be impaired by: (a) any bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, arrangement, readjustment, composition, liquidation or the like of the Pledgor; (b) any amendments to or modifications of any instrument (other than this Agreement) securing any of the Secured Obligations provided that the Pledgor has consented to same (such consent not to be unreasonably conditioned, delayed or denied); (c) the taking of additional security for, or any guaranty of, any of the Secured Obligations or the release or discharge or termination of any security or guaranty for any of the Secured Obligations; or (d) the lack of enforceability of any of the Secured Obligations against the Pledgor or any other person, whether or not the Pledgor shall have notice or knowledge of any of the foregoing.
