Pledgor’s Formation Documents. A signed certificate of a Responsible Officer of Pledgor who shall certify that attached thereto are true and complete copies of the Constituent Documents of Pledgor together with certificates of existence and good standing (or other similar instruments) of Pledgor as in effect on the date hereof;
