Common use of Pledgor's Organizational Number Clause in Contracts

Pledgor's Organizational Number. Without providing at least 30 days prior written notice to Collateral Agent, Pledgor shall not change its organizational identification number if it has one. If Pledgor does not have an organizational identification number and later obtains one, Pledgor shall forthwith notify Collateral Agent of such organizational identification number.
