Common use of Plugging and Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Plugging and Abandonment. (a) Except as set forth on Schedule 4.20, there are no Xxxxx that constitute a part of the Assets (i) in respect of which Seller has received an order from any Governmental Authority requiring that such Xxxxx be plugged and abandoned; or (ii) that are neither in use for purposes of production or injection, nor suspended or temporarily abandoned in accordance with applicable Law, that have not been plugged and abandoned in accordance with applicable Law.
