Common use of PLURAL; GENDER Clause in Contracts

PLURAL; GENDER. Words used in this Lease in the singular, where the context so permits, shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa. Words used in the masculine or the feminine, where the context so permits, shall be deemed to mean the other and vice versa. The definitions of words in the singular in this Lease shall apply to such words when used in the plural where the context so permits and vice versa, and the definitions of words in the masculine or feminine in this Lease shall apply to such words when used in the other form where the context so permits and vice versa. Any and all exhibits and schedules described in this Lease are hereby incorporated by reference into this Lease and made a part of this Lease. Any reference in this Agreement shall mean the section number in this Agreement unless otherwise expressly stated.
