PMH Documents Not Assigned. No PMH Document is assigned to any third party other than the Buyer. The PMH Documents permit the Seller to assign, pledge, transfer or rehypothecate the Sold MSR Excess Spread and all other collateral pledged to the Seller pursuant to the PMH Documents. The PMH Documents expressly provide that PMH’s rights to redemption are solely with respect to the Seller, but to the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction determines that a right of redemption exists with respect to the Buyer hereunder, such redemption may only be for the full amount of the Purchase Price then outstanding hereunder.
