Point Flexibility. Customer shall have Receipt Point and Delivery Point flexibility and shall not be required to request Gas Services that physically path gas on any one System or interconnected network of Systems.

Service Providing Methodology 1.3.1 Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, where necessary, Party B may enter into further service agreements with Party A or any other party designated by Party A, which shall provide the specific contents, manner, personnel, and fees for the specific services.
Capability to Evaluate Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters so as to enable such Investor to utilize the information made available to it in connection with the Offering in order to evaluate the merits and risks of the prospective investment, which are substantial, including without limitation those set forth in the Disclosure Documents (as defined in Section 3.2.4 below).
Feedback You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”). Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.
