The "Points and Pressures" clause defines the specific locations and types of physical or mechanical forces that may be applied during the performance of a service or use of a product. In practice, this clause might outline which areas of a device or body are subject to pressure, or set limits on the amount and duration of force that can be used. Its core function is to ensure safety and prevent misuse or injury by clearly specifying acceptable points of contact and pressure levels, thereby reducing the risk of harm and clarifying expectations for all parties involved.
POINTS AND PRESSURES. Receipt and delivery points and pressures shall be as defined in Schedule “C 2010” of the C1 Rate Schedule. Exchange points shall be any mutually agreed upon point, and shall have the definition as per the appropriate Transporter’s tariff.
