The employee may apply for a career redirection within the District if other positions are available. The driving record of all covered operators shall be obtained and reviewed prior to each fall semester, and shall be subject to continuous screening by using the Automated School Bus Driver’s License Record Check System though the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and Highway Safety database.

  • SUBCONTRACTS - ASSIGNMENT Contractor shall not subcontract or assign this Agreement, or any part thereof, or interest therein, directly or indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, to any person without obtaining the prior written consent by County. Contractor remains legally responsible for the performance of all contract terms including work performed by third parties under subcontracts. Any subcontracting will be subject to all applicable provisions of this Agreement. Contractor shall be held responsible by County for the performance of any subcontractor whether approved by County or not.   • Change of Control; Assignment and Subcontracting Except as set forth in this Section 7.5, neither party may assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written approval of the other party, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. For purposes of this Section 7.5, a direct or indirect change of control of Registry Operator or any subcontracting arrangement that relates to any Critical Function (as identified in Section 6 of Specification 10) for the TLD (a “Material Subcontracting Arrangement”) shall be deemed an assignment.

  • Subcontracting; Assignment The Contractor may not subcontract any portion of the services provided under this Contract without obtaining the prior written approval of the Procurement Officer, nor may the Contractor assign this Contract or any of its rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written approval of the Procurement Officer provided, however, that a contractor may assign monies receivable under a contract after due notice to the State.   • Acting Assignment Pay 181. Employees assigned by the Appointing Officer or its designee to perform a substantial portion of the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification shall receive compensation at a higher salary if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Acting Assignment (a) For the purpose of this Agreement, acting assignment means the assignment of an employee on an acting basis to a Postmaster or Senior Assistant position which is at a higher classification level than the position to which he is appointed. An employee will perform the duties of the higher classification level that may be required during the acting assignment in order to be entitled to receive the acting pay.
