Points of Delivery. TRANSMISSION
Points of Delivery. The "Point(s) of Delivery" shall be the point(s) on Transporter(s)' pipeline system(s) where gas is delivered by Seller to Transporter(s) for Buyer's account, as specified in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof. As between the parties hereto, title, risk of loss, and liabilities associated with delivered gas shall pass to and vest in Buyer at the Point(s) of Delivery. Changes in the Point(s) of Delivery shall require the mutual consent of the parties.
Points of Delivery. Supplier shall deliver, and Buyer -------------------- shall take delivery of, the Supply Amount of Energy at the Point(s)
Points of Delivery. The Point(s) of Delivery for all gas to be tendered by Bay Gas to Shipper for delivery pursuant to the terms hereof shall be as specified on Exhibit “A”, and the maximum daily quantities of gas which Bay Gas is obligated to deliver to Shipper at each such individual Point of Delivery shall not exceed the maximum stated thereon.
Points of Delivery. 4.1 The points of delivery at the System Entry Point shall be those illustrated in the diagram contained in Attachment A to Schedule 1.
Points of Delivery. Seller shall redeliver to Buyer or for the account of Buyer the gas transported hereunder at the following point(s) of delivery and at a pressure(s) of: See Exhibit B, attached hereto, for points of delivery and pressures.
Points of Delivery. The 230 kV switchrack at the Mirage Substation site where Edison's 230 kV facilities are attached to IID's 230 kV Coachella-Mirage Line or other points as may be mutually agreed upon by the Authorized Representatives.
Points of Delivery. A. The Point(s) of Delivery of reclaimed water from the COUNTY to the USER is immediately downstream of the meter. The COUNTY shall own, operate, and maintain the reclaimed water distribution system upstream of the Point(s) of Delivery. The USER shall own, operate, and maintain all works downstream of the Point(s) of Delivery.
B. The USER shall provide, in a manner approved by the appropriate regulatory agencies, a positive check‑valve between the reclaimed water irrigation system and any other irrigation water source(s). The cost of such check‑valve and its installation shall be borne by the USER, and the complete operation of the check‑valve shall be the responsibility of the USER. The USER agrees to identify to the COUNTY all well(s) connected to the irrigation system. The USER may continue to use its existing well(s) and/or lake or pond water source(s) for its irrigation system, provided that these systems and the effluent reuse system are not operated simultaneously.
C. It shall be the USER's responsibility to construct all lines, meters, etc., necessary to extend reclaimed water lines from existing COUNTY facilities beyond the point of delivery
Points of Delivery. Cogen shall pay for the installation and maintenance of all Steam Interconnection Facilities.
Points of Delivery. Electric power and energy shall be delivered by Idaho Power at each point generally described as the load side terminals of the substation transformer 13.8 kilovolt disconnect switches at the Hoku Facility.
