Points of Delivery. The Point(s) of Delivery for all gas to be tendered by Bay Gas to Shipper for delivery pursuant to the terms hereof shall be as specified on Exhibit “A”, and the maximum quantities of gas which Bay Gas is obligated to deliver to Shipper at each such Point of Delivery shall not exceed the maximum stated thereon.
