Common use of Points of Delivery and Return Clause in Contracts

Points of Delivery and Return. Buyer will obtain its Thermal Energy, in the case of heating, by extracting heat from and, in the case of cooling, by transferring heat to, the circulating flows of steam and chilled water that Seller will make available to Buyer at the agreed upon Points of Delivery. Buyer agrees to take and accept the flows of steam and chilled water at such Points of Delivery and return the condensate and chilled water to Seller at the agreed upon Points of Return.
