Policies of the ICAV. The activities engaged in by the Manager on behalf of the ICAV shall be subject to the policies, instructions, oversight and control of the Board of Directors. The Manager shall submit periodic reports to the Board of Directors regarding the Manager’s activities hereunder on at least a quarterly basis or as otherwise instructed by the Board of Directors from time to time.
