Policies Regarding Executive Compensation. The Board of Directors of the Corporation has adopted, and may from time to time adopt, certain policies with regard to executive compensation to conform with applicable laws and regulations, listing requirements, and best practices for public companies. This Agreement shall be subject to such policies, including without limitation the following policies which became effective December 1, 2010:
