Common use of Policies to be Primary Clause in Contracts

Policies to be Primary. The insurance maintained by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement shall provide that Supplier’s insurance is primary to and noncontributory with any and all other insurance maintained by or otherwise afforded to Cisco, its officers, directors, employees and agents, but only for injury, damage or loss that falls within Supplier’s indemnity obligations under this Agreement.
